Directions

  • Cook basmati rice.
  • In a medium sauté pan, add small amount of canola oil, jalapeños and garlic; cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add red bell peppers and oyster sauce; cook for two more minutes
  • Add JENNIE-O® All-Natural* Flame-Seared Slow Roasted Sea Salt & Black Pepper Turkey Breast; cook for another 30 seconds, then remove from heat.
  • Build dish in this order: a. Basmati rice b. Sautéed turkey mix c. Fried egg
  • Garnish with green onions, black sesame seeds and Thai basil.
