Avocado Chili Breakfast Grillers

Serves: 6


  • To make avocado-chili relish: Mix all ingredients in medium size bowl until combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Panini press. Cook eggs until scrambled. Cut flour tortillas in half then place relish, eggs, and diced turkey ham in middle of halved tortilla. Fold two sides over to overlap mixture in middle, place in Panini press until tortilla is golden brown.


  Avocado-Chili Relish
2  Tbsp Olive Oil
2  Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
1  tsp. garlic minced
1  cup tomatoes diced
2   jalepenos minced
2   shallots, minced
2  Tbsp. lime juice
12  8 inch flour tortillas
12  ounces JENNIE-O® All Natural Diced Turkey Ham ½”, #2636-20
12  large eggs
