Breakfast Pizza with Hashbrown Crust

  • Spread hashbrowns out on pizza pan and press into a crust shape.
  • Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of melted butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake at 425°F for 20-25 minutes.
  • While the crust is baking, make scrambled eggs. Set to the side.
  • Next cook the sausage links. Coat nonstick skillet with nonstick spray. Position links in a single layer about 1" apart in skillet. Cook on medium heat, turning often for 9 minutes from thawed, 10 minutes from frozen AND until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Remove from pan and chop, and set aside.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle with the scrambled eggs.
  • Next, sprinkle Canadian bacon, sausage, and green onions over the eggs.
  • Top with cheeses.
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and pizza is golden brown, 15-20 minutes.


20  oz shredded hashbrowns
2  T. butter, melted
4  slices JENNIE-O® All Natural Canadian Style Turkey Bacon, #2034-25, chopped
4  oz. JENNIE-O® All Natural Turkey Sausage Links 1-ounce, # 6142
2  oz. diced green onions
1  cup shredded cheddar cheese
1  cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  Salt and pepper, to taste
