Oriental Ground Turkey Bowl

  • Directions: In large skillet heat canola oil on medium high heat.
  • Add one pound of turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14-16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
  • Add Brussels sprouts and continue to cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in liquid Aminos and lime juice.
  • Prepare quinoa according to package directions.
  • Place quinoa in bottom of a bowl then top with spinach, carrots, cabbage, and turkey and Brussels sprouts mixture.
  • Top with avocado and serve.


5  Tbsp Canola Oil

5  Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2  LB finely chopped Brussels sprouts
25  ounces chopped fresh spinach
5  ounces shredded carrots
5  ounces shredded purple cabbage
5  Tbsp liquid Aminos
5  Tbsp juice from a fresh lime
5  cups quinoa
5  large Hass avocado, diced
