Creamy Parmesan & Turkey Penne

Serves: 8


  • Heat oven to 350°F. Bring large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook 12 minutes or until al dente; drain. Return to same pan.
  • In large skillet, cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done. 165°F as measued by a meat thermometer. Add onion, mushrooms, garlic and olive oil, saute until vegetables are tender. Add Alfredo sauce and simmer 2 minutes.
  • Mix 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add turkey mixture, sour cream, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese to pasta; stir to combine. Top with Provolone cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until hot.


1  13-ounce package penne pasta
1  20-ounce package JENNIE-O® Exta Lan Ground Turkey
1  cup diced red onion
1  cup sliced mushrooms
1  clove garlic, minced
1  Tbsp olive oil
1  14.5-ounce jar Alfredo sauce
1  cup fat-free sour cream
1  cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2  Tbsps Parmesan cheese
