Directions

  • In bowl combine yogurt, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic and cayenne powder; mix and chill in refrigerator 30 minutes. Bring to room temperature before serving.
  • Grill burgers as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165 degrees, as measured by a meat thermometer.
  • On roll bottom, add lettuce, tomato, burger, yogurt mixture and cheese. Cover with roll top.

Ingredients

12  Each Jennie-O 249810 turkey burgers
12  oz Plain Greek-style yogurt
6  oz Finely copped cilantro
4 1/2  T Fresh lemon juice
1 1/2  t Finely chopped garlic
3/4  t Cayenne powder
12  Each Kaiser rolls, split
12  Each Lettuce leaves
12  Each Tomato slices
1  Cup Feta cheese
