Mediterranean Turkey Bacon & Pasta Salad made with Fully Cooked Turkey Bacon

  • Lemon Dressing: In a jar with lid, add oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic and red pepper. Shake until well combined. Set aside.
  • Pasta Salad: Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Spray grill with cooking spray. Grill zucchini slices about 2 minutes per side or until grill marks appera.
  • Cut zucchini into 1-inch pieces. In large boel, toss zucchini, pasta, bacon, bell pepper, olives and basil.
  • Sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle dressing over salad; toss to coat.
