Breakfast Bread Pudding With Turkey Bacon

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place bread cubes in baking pan.
  • In large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add pineapple tidbits, cranberries, cinnamon and vanilla.
  • Pour mixture over bread cubes and lightly push down with a fork until the bread is covered with egg mixture.
  • Sprinkle wiht turkey bacon. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until set.
  • Serve with maple syrup, if desired.


8  Slices Jennie-O Fully Cooked Turkey Bacon
6  Slices Whole wheat bread, cubed
1 1/2  Cups Cholesterol-free real egg product
2 1/2  Cups Skim Milk
8  oz Can of pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1/2  Cup Dried cranberries
1  t Ground cinnamon
1  t Vanilla
  Reduced-calorie maple syrup, if desired
