  • Brush both sides of tortilla with oil. In large skillet or on a griddle, cook tortilla 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crisp or cook in 375 F oven 8 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • In bowl, combine turkey and beans, stir to combine. Top tortilla with turkey mixture. Add avocado, egg, salsa, queso fresco, and cilantro leaves. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.


1  6 inch Taco flour tortilla
1/4  t Canola oil
33/100  Cup Shredded Jennie-O Tinga L'Attitudes, heated to 140 F
1/4  Cup Black jeans, rinsed and drained
3  Slices Avocado
1  Large Egg (or 1/2 cup egg substitute), poached
1  T Salsa verde
1  T Queso fresco
2  t Cilantro leaves, chopped
1  Each Lime wedges, if desired
