Brown Sugar Turkey Pancake Sandwich
Bourbon Maple turkey wrapped in a warm pancake with egg and cheese.
Serves: 8
Directions
- Mix together pancake ingredients and let rest refrigerated for 15-20 minutes to soften the oatmeal. Pour batter on flat grill to make 3" pancakes. Keep warm.
- Thinly slice turkey and brown on flat grill. Scramble eggs.
- Put scrambled eggs, 1 slice cheese and 4 oz. turkey between two warm pancakes so the cheese melts. Serve.
- Makes approx. 8 sandwiches.
