Canadian Bacon Monte-Cristo
Thick cut Texas toast stuffed with Canadian style turkey ham, mozzarella cheese, fresh cracked scrambled eggs, beefsteak tomato and sweet honey mustard, batter dipped and kettle fried. Served with a side of honey for dipping.

Directions
- Fry the eggs until desired doneness and set aside.
- Spread the mustard on both sides of toast. Stack the Canadian style turkey ham, the eggs, tomatoes, and cheese, and top with other slice of toast.
- Compress the sandwich together so nothing falls out the sides, and secure all four corners of the sandwich with toothpicks.
- Mix together the tempura batter and let sit for about ten minutes. Place the whole sandwich with the tooth picks into the batter and coat evenly on all sides.
- In a deep fryer with the temperature on 375°F, carefully place the battered sandwich and fry until golden brown. Remove from fryer and set on paper towels to absorb all excess oil. Remove toothpicks, cut the sandwich in half and drizzle with honey.
