South Seas Volcano Burger

Jennie-O's all white meat turkey burger fire glazed with sweet honey and teriyaki, smothered with molten mozzarela cheese and lava ketchup drizzle.

  • FLAT TOP: Preheat flat top grill to 350°F. Place frozen burgers on hot grill. Cook for a total of approximately 10 minutes, turning 3 times. CHAR GRILL: Preheat char grill. Place frozen patties on hot grill. Cook for a total of approximately 18 minutes, turning 3 times. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
  • Mix together honey and teriyaki sauce, and glaze the turkey burger.
  • Top with cheese and melt in the oven.
  • Mix the ketchup, chli sauce, honey, and chili flakes.
  • Toast the bread and spread the lava ketchup on both sides.
  • Stack the turkey burger on the bread and top with tomatoes and remaining piece of bread. Drizzle the remaining lava ketchup on the burger for garnish.
