Cowboy Turkey Burger

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the patties on a sheet pan.
  2. Brush each patty with barbeque sauce. Heat in the oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until they reach 165°F. During the last 5 minutes, put a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
  3. Cook the onion rings according to the manufacturer instructions.
  4. To assemble the burgers, lay out the buns.
  5. Place one sauced patty with cheese and two onion rings on each bun.
  6. Hold the burgers at 135°F until service. Portion one burger per serving.
