DIRECTIONS

  1. Use a 12 oz. bowl or clamshell to portion each salad. Place 1 c. romaine in the bottom of the bowl. Top with 3.0 oz. turkey , .5 oz. Swiss cheese, 2 tbsp. diced egg, 3 cherry tomatoes, 3-4 cucumber slices, and 2 tbsp. avocado.
  2. Hold at 41°F until service.
  3. Serve with 1 oz. Ranch dressing.
