DIRECTIONS

  1. Lay out 2 slices for top and bottom of each sandwich.
  2. Portion 1 #40 scoop of cranberry sauce for each sandwich and spread on both halves of bread.
  3. Slice the turkey into 1 oz. slices. Place 3 slices (1 oz. each) on bottom slice of bread and top with second slice of bread.
  4. Grill in a panini machine for 1 - 1½ minutes until hot and brown.
  5. Serve immediately or hold at 140°F. until service.
