DIRECTIONS

  1. Open rolls and lay out flat.
  2. Use 4 slices of combo pack for each sandwich. Use at least one slice from each type. Fold slices in half and place on bottom half of roll.
  3. Cut .5 oz. slices of mozzarella in half diagonally . Place 2 triangles on top of turkey.
  4. Place 6-8 slices of peperoncini on top, ¼ cup romaine and 2-3 slices tomato.
  5. Wrap individually or cover on tray. Hold chilled at 40°F. until service.
