| 1/2 pound JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Oven Roasted Breast, Skin-on , cut into 1/4" thick slices |
| 4 slices sourdough bread |
| 3 tablespoons herbed mayonnaise or cream cheese |
| 1/2 cup each red and yellow peppers, thinly sliced |
| 6 green onions, sliced |
| 1 tablespoon Carapelli® olive oil |
| | |  | Directions Spread sourdough bread with herbed mayonnaise or cream cheese. Top with turkey. In a medium skillet, sauté red and yellow pepper strips and green onion in the olive oil. Arrange on turkey.
