All-American Classic Open-Faced Turkey Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Oven Roasted Breast, Skin-on , cut into 1/4" thick slices
4 slices sourdough bread
3 tablespoons herbed mayonnaise or cream cheese
1/2 cup each red and yellow peppers, thinly sliced
6 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon Carapelli® olive oil
Directions
Spread sourdough bread with herbed mayonnaise or cream cheese. Top with turkey. In a medium skillet, sauté red and yellow pepper strips and green onion in the olive oil. Arrange on turkey.
