| 1 each Onion Poppy Roll |
| 2 each Bacon, cooked |
| 2 each Tomato, sliced |
| 1/2 ounce Diced Onion |
| 1/2 ounce Romaine Lettuce, shredded |
| 1 ounce Swiss Cheese |
| 1 ounce Horseradish Sauce |
| 1 each Garnish |
| | |  | Directions 1. Grill the burger until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 2. Toast the roll on the grill, top the cooked burger with the Swiss cheese, and place under the broiler to melt. 3. Add the, Romaine lettuce, sliced tomato, bacon, grilled onions and drizzle with the Horseradish sauce. 4. Garnish as seen in the picture. |
