Honey Butter Breakfast Sandwich

Directions

  • Cinnamon Honey Butter: Whip the room temperature butter with whisk attachment for 30 seconds. Add powdered sugar, honey and cinnamon and beat until completely combined and very smooth. Scrape down sides of bowl and turn up speed and whip for a minute or two until really light and fluffy.
  • Preheat flat top grill to 350°F. Place frozen sausage patties on hot grill. Cook for a total of approximately 7 minutes, turning 3 times. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Place Canadian bacon on hot grill and cook until heated through, turning twice.
  • In a small sprayed sauté pan, cook egg until desired doneness. Top biscuit with sausage, Canadian bacon, and thinly sliced apple. Spread butter on top biscuit and serve.

1  stick unsalted butter, room temperture
1/4  cup powdered sugar
1/4  cup honey
1  tsp. ground cinnamon
