  • Pineapple Salsa*: Combine first 10 ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Preheat flat top grill to 350°F.
  • Place split franks open side down on hot grill.
  • Cook until heated through to 140°F.
  • To assemble open sliced bun and place lettuce leaf and then split frank inside.
  • Top frank with pineapple salsa and serve.
  • *Can substitute a pre-made pineapple salsa if you wish.


1  cup Diced fresh pineapple
1   Medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4  cup Chopped sweet onion
1/8  cup Minced fresh cilantro
1/2   Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1  tsp. Olive Oil
1/2  tsp. Ground coriander
1/2  tsp. Ground cumin
1/4  tsp. Salt
1/4  tsp. Minced garlic
4   JENNIE-O Split Franks
4   Hot dog buns, sliced
4   Lettuce leaves
