Directions

  • In small bowl, combine turkey, cheese and onions; mix well. Divide turkey mixture evenly between 2 totillas. Cover with remaining tortillas.
  • In skillet, cook 1 tortilla stack 3 minutes, turning once. Repeat with remaining tortilla stack. Cut into wedges. Serve with salsa.
