Autumn Turkey Minestrone

Directions

  • In Dutch oven, over medium-high heat, stir together turkey, water, tomatoes, cabbage, onion, seasoining and bouillon. Bring to boil; reduce heat to low. Cook, partially covered, 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in zucchini and green beans. Cook, uncovered, 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Stir in garbanzo beans and pasta. Cook 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Garnish with cheese, if desired.

1 1/2  lbs JENNIE-O® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut into 1/2-inch pices
6  cups water
1  14.5 oz can Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
2  cups chopped cabbage
1  onion sliced
2  Tbsps Italian seasoning
2  Tbsps chicken flavored bouillon granules
1  zucchini sliced
1  9 oz package frozen green beans
1  15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
1  cup uncooked bow-tie pasta
  Parmesan cheese, if desired
