Turkey, Apple & Blue Cheese Salad

Directions

  • To make dressing, in jar with tight-fitting lid combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic and salt & pepper, if desired. Shake to combine.
  • To make salad, arrange baby greens, turkey, cranberries, pecans, apple, onion and cheese on serving plate. Drizzle with dressing.

6  oz Jennie-O Shredded Turkey Breast #220120
2  T Olive Oil
1  T White Balsamic Vinegar
1  T Honey
2  t Dijon Mustard
1  Small Clove Garlic, minced
  Pinch of Salt and freshly ground pepper, if desired
12  oz Mixed Baby Greens
2  oz Dried Cranberries
2 1/2  oz Pecan nuts, toasted
  1/2 Green Apple, cored and thinly sliced
2  oz Thinly Sliced Red Onion
2 1/2  oz Crumbled Blue Cheese
