Breakfast Bake with Turkey Bacon

Serves: 6

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Heat turkey bacon, set aside.
  • Arrange bread on work surface and top with bacon, half the onion and half the cheese. Top with remaining bread slices.
  • Cut sandwiches in half and arrange in csserole dish. Top with sliced tomatoes.
  • Whisk eggs, milk and Worcestershire sauce and pour over sandwiches.
  • Refrigerate 6 to 24 hours. Sprinkle casserole wtih remaining cheese and green onions. Bake 1 hour or until center is set.

7  Slices Jennie-O Fully Cooked Turkey Bacon 270410
8  Slices Bread
4  Each Green onions, chopped
2  Cups Shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
2  Each Tomatoes, sliced
1 1/2  Cups Egg substitute or 6 eggs
1  Cup Milk
1  T Worcestershire sauce
