Sunrise Turkey Bacon Breakfast Pizzas

Serves: 6

Directions

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place waffles in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  • Crumble turkey bacon and set aside.
  • In nonstick skillet, lightly spray with cooking spray. Cook eggs, stirring often, until set.
  • Place waffles in oven and bake 5 minutes. Remove waffles from oven and top with eggs, bacon and cheese. Return to oven and bake an additional 5 to 8 minutes longer or until waffles are toasted and cheese is melted.
  • Serve pizzas with maple syrup, if desired.

6  Each Whole grain low-fat waffles
1 1/2  Cups Cholesterol-free real egg product
6  T Reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  Reduced-calorie maple syrup, if desired
