Asian Turkey Lettuce Wrap

Directions

  • In a large skillet, place canola oin, onion, red bell pepper, and ground turkey. Cook over med-high heat stirring to crumble for 9 minutes and until 165° F as measured by a meat thermometer. Always cook to well-done.
  • Add pepper sauce, hoisin sauce and soy sauce; heat through.
  • Stir in cucumbers.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • To make wraps, spoon turkey mixture onto lettuce leaves, sprinkle with wonton strips and wrap leaves around filling. 2 wraps per serving.

1  Cup Tabasco® Sweet & Spicy Pepper Sauce
1  T. Hoisin Sauce
1  T. Soy Sauce
1   Ccumber, peeled, seeded, diced
  Salt & Pepper to Taste
12   Butter Lettuce Leaves, Large
1  Cup Wonton Strips
