Big Texas Breakfast Wrap
Scrambled eggs, smoky turkey breast, grilled peppers and onions and shredded Monterey Jack cheese in a warm flatbread wrap.

Directions
- Warm the turkey on the grill and place on a heated plate.
- Cut the square wrap on the diagonal and warm the grill.
- Melt butter in heated pan and cook the scrambled eggs. Add the shredded cheese to the eggs half way through cooking.
- On the wrap, top off with the turkey, eggs, peppers and onions. Garnish and serve.
