El diablo Turkey Burger

Savory turkey burger spiced with melted queso blanco, grilled onions, pico de gallo and cool sour cream on flatbread garnished with crispy Texas toothpicks.

Directions

  • CHAR GRILL:Preheat char grill. Place frozen patties on hot grill. Cook for a total of approximately 18 minutes, turning 3 times. FLAT TOP: Preheat flat top grill to 350°F. Place frozen patties on hot grill. Cook for a total of approximately 18 minutes, turning 3 times.Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
  • Heat the flatbread on the grill, cut the burger in half and top with the queso, onion, tomatoes and pico de gallo.
  • Drizzle with the sour cream and garnish with Texas toothpicks and cilantro.
