Blue Cheese Turkey Burger
Savory white turkey burger, Danish blue cheese, red onion and crisp watercress on a toasted onion dill roll with creamy horseradish spread.

Directions
- CHAR GRILL:Preheat char grill. Place frozen patties on hot grill. Cook for a total of approximately 18 minutes, turning 3 times. FLAT TOP: Preheat flat top grill to 350°F. Place frozen patties on hot grill. Cook for a total of approximately 18 minutes, turning 3 times.Alway cook well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
- Cut the burger in half.
- Grill the flatbread, spread with the mayonnaise and top with the burger, peppers and cheese.
- Place under the broiler to melt the cheese. Top with the shredded lettuce, salsa, and other piece of bread. Garnish and serve.
