Directions

  • Heat oil and butter in large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper, if desired. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until mushroom are softened.
  • FLAT TOP:Preheat flat top grill to 350° F. Place frozen burgers on hot grill. Cook for a total of approximately 10 minutes, turning 3 times. CHAR GRILL: Preheat char grill. Place frozen burgers on hot grill. Cook for a total of approximately 10 minutes, turning 3 times. Always cook to well-done, 165° F as measured by a meat thermometer.
  • Add cheese, and mushroom mixture to bottom half of buns. Top with patties, avocado, and bun top.
  • Always cook to an internal temperature of 165° F

1  Cup Oyster Mushrooms, torn
2   Garlic Cloves, minced
