Directions

  • In large pan over medium-high heat oil. Add onion and cook 5 minutes or until softened.
  • Add green, red and pepperoncini peppers. Cook or until tender-crisp. Remove from heat and reserve.
  • To assemble place hoagie buns work suface. Heat turkey in microwave for 10 to 15 seconds or until hot. Spread bottom half of buns with mayonnaise. Top with warm turkey, pepper mixture and cheese. Add tops of buns.

1  Cup Yellow Onion, sliced
1/2  Cup Green Peppers, thinly sliced
1/2  Cup Red Bell Peppers, thinly sliced
1/4  Cup Pepperoncini Peppers, drained and sliced
4   6 Inch Hoagie Buns, split, buttered and grilled
12  oz JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Peppered Turkey Breast, sliced
1/4  Cup Mayonnaise
8  Slices Swiss Cheese
