Sage Turkey Steak Salad
INGREDIENTS
JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Turkey Breast Steak, Non-marinated
turkey stock, sage-infused
great northern white beans
roasted red and yellow peppers
artichokes
mesclun greens
For the dressing:
reduced turkey stock
olive oil
chopped Italian parsley
Directions
Braise JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Turkey Breast Steak until tender in a sage-infused turkey stock. Serve at room temperature on a bed of great northern white beans, roasted red and yellow peppers, artichokes, and mesclun greens. Top with a dressing made with reduced turkey stock, olive oil and chopped Italian parsley.
