DIRECTIONS

  1. Lay out lavash so darker bubbled side is down.
  2. Place 2 slices of turkey across width of each lavash. Top with 2 strips bacon.
  3. Spread1/4 c. (#16 scoop) avocado on each lavash above turkey.
  4. Place 2 slices of tomatoes on top.
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 oz. cheese and 1/2 c. romaine evenly over each lavash.
  6. Roll up sandwiches tightly starting from the side with turkey. Cut in half diagonally. Serve immediately or wrap individually or cover pan and hold at 40°F. until service.
